Short on time? Join this express, 45 minute class, to stretch, flow and strengthen. This 45-minute class will include some breathing exercises and gentle stretching, a dynamic vinyasa flow sequence, and close with a gentle warm down and chance for relaxation. This class is suitable for anyone who has some experience of basic yoga poses. Not suitable for those brand new to yoga.
