I specialise in women’s holistic therapy and am the founder of Ebb & Flow Alchemy, a nurturing space where women are empowered to connect, embrace, and embody all of life’s rhythms.
As women, we naturally ebb and flow like the sea, experiencing our own unique cycles amidst the undercurrents of daily life, its challenges, and unexpected changes. Through my unique blend of holistic practices and therapies, I will guide you in tuning into your body, working with your menstrual and energetic cycles, and embracing your divine feminine flow. Together, we will identify the nourishment your body needs—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

The treatment I had with Zoey was a wonderful experience and I never wanted treatment to end. Zoey was so attentive and nurturing.
