I specialise in teaching yoga for women over 40, supporting them through every stage of midlife—from perimenopause to post-menopause and beyond. My classes are tailored to address the physical and emotional challenges of menopause, such as joint pain, muscle loss, reduced bone density, hot flashes, anxiety, and more.

I believe in the power of movement and breath to create balance in both body and mind. Yoga isn’t just something I teach—it’s a way of life that keeps me grounded, strong, and moving well. My goal is to cut through the noise around menopause and offer real tools to help women feel better in their bodies.

I have been practicing yoga with Tory for the best part of 18 years and known her for about 22 years. I love the way her teaching practice has evolved and each step of the way its been fantastic. Genuinely, I don’t think I have repeated a lesson and have learnt so much from her over the years, that I can practice anywhere, anytime, and know instinctively how to let my personal practice flow.

Her explanation of muscle groups, alignment, listening to your own body and the all importance of the breath and its variations has kept me flexible, relaxed, healthy and to be able to slip into that meditative state as part of my practice in class and in my personal life.

I am verging on 66 and Been through life’s milestones with Torys teachings but feel years younger in every respect. I look forward to my 70’s and 80’s and beyond with her good humoured and empathetic teachings. Thank you Tory you are a big part of my life.
