Rosie Crompton

I specialise in Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Flow, and Dance Fitness, blending movement, mindfulness, and music to create dynamic and empowering classes. My journey into wellness began with dance, later evolving into fitness and yoga as I discovered the joy of movement and its impact on mental well-being.

My teaching style is both energising and reflective—whether through creative, fast-paced flows with carefully curated playlists or slower, mindful practices that embrace yoga philosophy. I also integrate flexibility training to build strength within movement.

I aim to create a welcoming, playful space where students can explore both physical and mental transformation. Expect detailed guidance, a touch of humour, and a sense of community, all while deepening your connection to body and mind.

Rosie is an excellent yoga teacher, very gentle and kind to all her pupils – always helping and encouraging, plus willing to correct which is so important in any exercise. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Rosie adapts each sequence for the differing abilities within the class, encouraging us to explore our capabilities gently.
Rosie has an enthusiasm for us to balance our mind and body flow, greatly enhanced by Terrance, her super chilled Boston Terrier. Who welcomes us all, giving us the opportunity to begin the class de-stress stroking him!
