I was first drawn to Pilates as a way to relax and restore after stressful days in the corporate world. I immediately fell in love with it, feeling and soon seeing the benefits. I trained with Body Control Pilates in London, which emphasises heightened body awareness by integrating mind and body, allowing better stress management and relaxation.
As a teacher, I work with beginners, those needing rehabilitation, and elite athletes. I specialise in Pilates for Performance, Runners, and Golfers, and firmly believe that everyone can benefit from Pilates. My classes provide a safe, positive, and welcoming environment to relax, improve mobility, and feel lengthened in the body. Athletes, whether casual park runners or elite competitors, can particularly benefit from tailored private sessions.
