Supporting others on their self-discovery journey is my fulfilling life purpose and I feel honoured to be able to be of service in a number of unique & transformative ways. I offer energy healing, empowerment & intuitive coaching for all those who seek change in their lives. I have a whole-body approach to healing & work with clients to restore balance in the mind, body & spirit.

I carry the energy to empower others to overcome challenges that cause stress, anxiety, frustration & the feeling of being stuck. My passion is helping others move from the discomfort of struggling to a thriving life experience. I believe we all can thrive when we allow ourselves to be supported.

Through my own journey of self discovery, I discovered my Shamanic healing path and used these ancient tools & practises to support & heal myself following critical illness. My unique coaching style combines empowerment & mindset training, shamanic energy work & intuitive guidance to help support my clients overcome the obstacles and pitfalls that are preventing them reaching their next level of life.

Deep inner work and ancient practices is where my work has the potential to be transformational for those who are committed to investing in themselves & are not afraid to embrace change. I deeply value honest & authentic connection & establishing clear boundaries is a foundational piece of my work. I honour everyone’s unique journey & approach my work with deep reverence for the beauty of all life.
